Accounts

Listing-team accounts include a name, work email, and the properties and open houses you create. You sign in at app.vectorly.ca. We email you about the account, including sign-in and password reset. We do not sell account lists.

Visits

Visitors who scan a QR give a name, mobile, and whether they are a buyer or a buyer's agent. A buyer's agent also gives a brokerage. We send one code to verify the phone, then one feedback text about that visit. Visitors can reply STOP. We do not ask visitors for email, and we do not sell visitor lists.

October 2026 waitlist

If you joined the waitlist on vectorly.ca before launch, we stored your email, and the first name and brokerage if you gave them, plus the page you came from. We used that to send the launch note. We do not sell the list. You can ask to be removed by writing to info@vectorly.ca.

Measurement

Pages on vectorly.ca load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel so we can see which visits to this site came from ads and posts. The app at app.vectorly.ca loads those tags as well, and Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form and on account forms. Google and Meta receive the technical data those tags need. They do not receive visitor check-in details.

Who we share with

Hosting and the database, email delivery (Resend) for account mail, SMS delivery (Twilio) for check-in codes and feedback texts, and Stripe for the yearly subscription. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page. We store Stripe's customer id, not the card. They only receive what that job needs.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@vectorly.ca and include the address or phone number we would know you by.
